City Rejects Union Proposal to Avoid Bankruptcy

Vallejo's Public Safety and Miscellaneous Employees proposed cutting $10 million from their own salaries to prevent the City from declaring bankruptcy... the city rejected this offer in favor of declaring bankruptcy.
